Onions need to go in before the green peppers they take longer to cook remove the onions and green peppers then throw in steak chop up take a steel bowl or a cup of cream three slices of American cheese, half a block of white sharp cheddar with a steel bowl in a pot of boiling water, allowing the cheese and cream to mix together for the cheese onto the steak, throw in the onions, chop it all up throw it in the lightly Baked hogie and forget about it 👌
There was more peppers and onions than there was meat
That is not a Philly Cheesesteak, it’s just a Cheesesteak sandwich.
