Startup Financial Resources
Every month we spend around $20,000 in SaaS products. Our landing pages, our servers, our accounting- you know, the stuff you need to run a business.
Many of the services we use, we adopted when they were an early-stage company. They’ve not only become a fundamental part of our business and our operations but growing with them; oftentimes, they are also our role model.
I figured we could share some of those platforms, which I expect other startups and small businesses will also find useful.
The big disclaimer here is that this is not a paid video. We pay these companies, not the other way around. We are highlighting them because we believe you’ll find them useful, not because they paid us to do so. We are also not afraid to tell you where they suck.
These are our top 3 Startup Tools for Financials:

Thanks for shirking.
Hello, I think I heard you said that you spend 20k a month on saas services. Don't take this the wrong way… And I don't know enough about your business to know exactly why. But for example one site I had ran in the past costs 3 dollars a month in total expenses. That's 2 dollars for the hosting, and 1 dollar for domain renewal (12bucks/12months). Yes I'm not joking 3 dollars was my total monthly budget. Your business model is mostly automated. It's not anything that requires anything unusual to justify these added expenses, other than the idea that investors are paying for it, and it seems cool. I guess if you can afford it go nuts. But it just seems like a collassel waste of money. Plus then you have staff and other overhead my guess is? I guess that's probably the way you scale up fast or something. But, I guess it's par for the course. My guess is you have to show the investors all kinds of expenses for whatever reasons, maybe to show them where their funds are going or something? I just think it's food for thought as a basement operator looks at your business and maybe thinks, I could easily compete. But it's nothing I'd get into. Way beyound my skill set to build any kind of site like you have. But I think your expenses are nuts. Add that 20k to the advertising budget if you have to spend it.
so good thank you
We applied for a Brex card through your link and got a message that we might “not be a right fit at this point”. Seems like they are not interested in clients who have under 50k revenue a month.
