I don't believe the title and investors not familiar with Nairobi and Westlands could be mislead. Around this projects there is not less than 10 others towers under construction (Muthithi Road, Westlands Road) at a walking distance from this one. So ask yourself: why buying one bed apartment here with at least 4000 units coming up there at the same time ? How will be the infrastructure once all of them completed ? What will be the rent taking into account this competition? Most of people just mention "near of GTC" as the selling point. Being in the middle of a tea farm in Limuru could bring you more passive income than an Airbnb in this project.
