How to hold a bar when you Bench Press✨👌🏼

Another great way to think about holding the bar is using a “Bulldog grip”. You know how bulldogs have their paws pointed inward? Same kind of concept here.. Doing that, and then torquing your grip into the bar will help create some good tension throughout your bench press – helping you stay safe & strong.

Hope this helps ✊🏼

  1. Man, this cue/technique saved me from so many more headaches. Implemented this tonight benching as well as with some tricep exercises and not only did it help move weight more efficiently, but it also saved me from putting needless strain on my shoulders. Appreciated.
