Not sure which city this is, but the 'Boom' you ate at the end is called 'Bomba' which means, you guessed it: 'Bomb'. And it's actually first created in İzmir. So if you have the chance go to Çelebi Bomba in Alsancak-İzmir. They have various fillings there and they are baked freshly, served warm. So the chocolate filling inside is runny, just as my mouth while writing this 🤤😁😍
