Detailed recipe of healthy veggies chilla

Ingredients:
• Suji (semolina) – 1 cup
• Dahi (curd) – ½ cup
• Water – 1 cup
• Onion (chopped) – 1
• Capsicum (chopped) – ½
• Tomato (chopped) – ½
• Chilli flakes – 1 tbsp
• Oregano – 1 tbsp
• Salt – 1 tbsp
• Coriander powder – ½ tbsp
• Garam masala – 1 tbsp
• Fresh coriander leaves – as needed
• Ghee – for greasing

Method:
1. Mix suji, dahi, and water into a thick batter.
2. Add all chopped veggies, coriander, and spices.
3. Grease tawa with ghee, spread batter, and cook both sides till golden.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
