Bradley Yohn, 36, kidnapped Tina Lohman, 77, when she was having car trouble, he got into her car and forced her to give him or*l s*x while he drove to her home. When they arrived Lohman ran inside and locked the door. Yohn then kicked in the door and s**ually assaulted her once more. She died 3 months later, it is unknown whether the assault contributed to that.

It's all well and good sentencing him to 130 yrs but we all know he will appeal and appeal Over and over until sentence is reduced to maybe 50 yrs
