  1. He can open a Jamaican spot because his BBQ sauce is good? Brother yes Jamaicans do cook really good fried chicken but JERK is not BBQ sauce. You can make a Jerk BBQ sauce but Original Jerk is basically a marinade. It’s a bunch of spices blended up that gets turned into a rub.
