Seems you would have to buy that land at a location that is already a tourist destination. That means there are already campgrounds adjacent to your land that are already at 100% occupancy 365.25 days a year. It is unless you’re going to take measures to make the area a tourist destination. Then that $80K is merely a small portion of your total investment.
Please correct me if I’m wrong. Maybe I’m not seeing the full picture.
