That proves blockchain and crypto still immature technology and always throwing responsibility on users is pure CYA. With centralized entity, this txn can be reverted. You have some place to ask for refund but in Decentralization you are screwed.
Say no to digital. At some point in time once were subservient to our digital ID prisons, they may require these types of fees for all of our non-cash transactions for whatever reason they come up with. 😂
