You can prevent this by paying attention to what your body is telling you. Headaches, blur vision, pain above & behind you eye/eyes, numbness anywhere on your body are all warning signs.
From someone that has had an aneurysm and an aortic dissection I beg to disagree with Kim.
Dudes I know personally family members who have gone into dementia due nonstop spousal abuse.
And his oldest daughter passed at 41 w kids still in school due to viscous parenting behavior- she had several aneurisms.
