#BreakfastWithNidhi Moong Dal Chila | 20 minutes breakfast recipe 😋
➡️ Steps :-
1) Overnight soak half cup Moong dal
2) On next day, nicely wash the dal and transfer to a blender jar
3) Add an inch of Ginger, 1 green Chilli, ¼ tsp Cumin seeds, Salt as per taste, ¼ tsp Turmeric powder
4) Add ¼ cup water and blend into a semi thick batter. Keep it aside
5) In a chopper take 1 Pnion, half Carrot, half Capsicum, 2 green Chilli
6) Finely chop the veggies and transfer in a bowl
7) Grate Paneer, add handful of chopped coriander leaves, ¼ tsp each – Salt, Pepper powder, Cumin powder and Chaat masala as per taste
8) Mix everything well. Stuffing is ready
9) Now take a ladleful batter and pour on hot tawa
10) Spread in circular motion to form thin Chila
11) Evenly spread the stuffing on Chila
12) Pour 1 tbsp Ghee on top and gently press the topping
13) Once, bottom of chila turns golden, flip and cook the other side
14) Fold and Cut hola into halves
15) Serve with green ( coriander & Mint ) chutney and sweet ( Dates & Tamarind ) chutney. Enjoy!! 😋
