Here’s one of our favourites — Soft, Nutritious & Flavourful Palak Vegetable Cheela! 💚
Perfect for breakfast or lunchbox — this healthy Indian recipe is loaded with spinach, sprouts, paneer & lots of love 💛
🍽️ Ingredients:
• Poha – ½ cup
• Suji – ½ cup
• Spinach – ¼ cup
• Moong Sprouts – ¼ cup
• Green Chilli – 1
• Garlic – 3 cloves
• Ginger – ½ inch
• Water – ½ cup
• Onion – 2 tbsp
• Bell Pepper – ¼ cup
• Carrot – ¼ cup
• Paneer – 50 g
• Coriander – 2 tbsp
• Salt – to taste
• Oregano – ½ tbsp
• Chilli Flakes – 1 tsp
• Chaat Masala – ½ tsp
• Ghee – as required
• Sesame Seeds – 1 tbsp
👩🍳 Steps:
1️⃣ Blend poha, suji, spinach, sprouts, ginger, garlic, chilli & water.
2️⃣ Rest the batter for 15 mins.
3️⃣ Mix in chopped veggies, paneer & spices.
4️⃣ Make mini cheelas, cook till golden.
5️⃣ Pack with chutney or dip of your choice.

The concept of protein and fibre is essential. I am glad parents are aware now. But there is a research that says – Palak as iron and paneer as calcium can't be absorbed together. I know palak paneer is an emotion. I am not hurting them rather giving the truth. I have faced this problem so I know better.
