Just boiling water with flour. Simple and delicious you can make this everyday. No yeast No oven
Ingredients and recipe:
250ml water
1/2tsp salt
Medium-high heat
300g All purpose flour
Stir well
Set aside to let cool
Knead the dough together
Cover and rest for 20 minutes
20 minutes later
Sprinkle some flour
Flatten the dough
Divide into 16 parts
Take a piece of dough and shape it into a ball
Then flatten the dough until the diameter is about 10cm
Vegetable oil
Fry for 30-45 seconds
Flip over and fry for another 30-45 seconds
Last one
Repeat
So crisp and delicious!
