A Day in the Life of a Tech Startup CEO

Mondays start at 5 AM with an F3 workout, followed by sauna and cold plunge at Lifetime. By 8:30 AM, I’m in the office for an onboarding meeting to set the tone for the week. At 10 AM, our COO, David, leads a sales meeting, then we hold an interview and extend a same-day job offer.
