The family of Emily Willis, a 25-year-old adult film star, is proceeding with legal action after a rehab stint allegedly left her permanently disabled. One year after the adult film actress, real name Litzy Lara Banuelos, received care from Malibu Lighthouse Treatment Centers, her family has filed a lawsuit alleging dependent adult abuse, negligence, professional negligence and unlawful, unfair or fraudulent business practices due to the 25-year-old’s current incapacitation.

As someone who’s been hospitalized for long periods of time, I can tell you all that sometimes it’s the hatred from the staff that contributes to the malpractice of hospital and rehab facilities. Especially Rehab centers, because they’re used to addicts complaining of issues that aren’t as severe as they claim. Plus, she was a pretty girl, who they probably found out was an adult film actress, so they probably treated her with disdain. Most especially, the female staff. They probably hated her, and as an adult film star, she may have not been the most “lovable” patient they’d experienced, so they just ignored her and didn’t do their jobs to the best of their abilities. Trust me, it wasn’t just because of her illness. It was neglect of staff. And it was a little bit personal. Her family is right to sue.
She never got disabled taking all those poles, she'll be fine.
I joke really, but I hope she recovers
Unfortunately the Universe must balance itself in each reality. Yin & Yang is real. Feel bad for her, but her soul has been poisoned long ago. Hope she snaps out of it and follows the path she should be walking. As we all should. More than ever these days.
