Albaik Broast in Karachi? | Hussainabad Food Street Tour

Karachi’s famous Hussainabad Food Street is known for its late-night food scene, and there’s a new hype here — a broast spot everyone is calling the “Albaik of Pakistan.” Crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and marinated with special injected spices that give it that authentic Saudi-style flavor.

In this video, I visit Hussainabad to explore what’s behind the buzz. From the sound of sizzling oil to the aroma of freshly fried chicken, I experience the taste that’s winning Karachi hearts. This spot — Al Adeeb Broast — claims to bring Saudi flavor to Pakistan, and I had to try it myself to see if it really lives up to the hype.

Along with the broast, I also tried other popular dishes on the food street — from Vada Pav and Khaosuey to Chicken Soup and more. Hussainabad truly represents Karachi’s vibrant street food culture and endless variety.

  1. Popeyes in North America has started injecting spices in their chicken way before Albaik. Mostly popeys in Canada are halal( machine slaughtered same as Al baik jeddah also serving halal machine slaughtered chicken). BTW, I am not saying popeyes is better than Al baik.
