That's the latin American version of horchata, in Spain we got the original recipe from the which that one derives from, it comes originally from the small town of Alboraia in Valencia and it is made with the Chufa seed (tiger nuts). Legend sais that when the aragonese king Jaume the 1°st conquered Valencia in the 13th century he visited the town of Alboraia where he was handed a ration of the beverage and when he tried it he said "Aixo es Or, Xata" and it would translate to something like "This is gold, lady/girl" and the name stuck as Orxata -> Horchata. It is still extremely popular in Spain and specially in Valencia where it is eaten with Fartons
At this point, it had to be done, seemed that was the only way to get the viewers to drink water, even if Jose's already been preaching it for like 2 years already
