They even hold the edge of the pan with their bare toe, which they have been walking around barefoot & preparing food. I'd love to see how many U.S. travelers who travel there & if they get sick from the food
Yea, that's not acceptable at all… picking up food off the ground & putting it into the "clean" food? The same ground they are all walking on barefoot. If I grew up there & didn't know any different, that's fine. However, I know the sanitary world. Everyone of those places would be closed down by the health inspector

55:05 dog food ? On the whole, street foods may look good as long as not seen that gross and dirty preparations. Way too labor intensive.
If few vendors pull together and open one clean place, all would benefit. I could not imagine eating most (if any) of foods presented here.

Always wondered how they made novelty vomit then the guy at 11:00 showed me. These guys can't make any thing without first washing their hands or feet in it first. I know they are poor but damn!
