  2. These customers are actually right though. The McDonald’s CEO as an example is actively intentionally doing things mine screwing up bbq sauce delivery and then editing the workflow so employees can’t talk about it and you find out after. He’s in news articles and interviews talking about all this cancer bullshit he does. All the time.

    So yea when somebody is intentionally doing something that causes you to be inconvenienced, they absolutely deserve unhinged rage and the Luigi special on the streets.

    Btw McDonald’s ceo screwed up enforcement for the movie app and leaked the personal data of all employees and job applicants because he’s a lazy minmaxer. The app also fraudulently calculated total and applies coupons incorrectly. Nobody ever checks this except me because you just assume it must be right.

    The kitchen staff also have a weird UI which causes like double patty customizations to get lost all the time. It’s s known issue for decades but they keep it because it’s literally like 30% free profit on every customer by forgetting an item. And then worst case scenario they give you what you paid for but you have to come back and wait in line 20 minutes dealing with ppl.

    And there’s the whole monopoly fraud cartel.

    Anyway start looking at the bigger picture of all these things. It’s scum. The angry customers are absolutely right to rage because mc bicch boy wants to save a fraction of a penny on a cupholder that doesn’t work and now you have s permanently sticky car.

  4. So, I want to note for the story at 2:00 , a lot of stores will START closing/cleaning up 30 minutes-1 hour before closing time. This can range from sweeping floors, running inventory, and cleaning/shutting down equipment. Back when I worked at a deli, I actually had a customer complain to the manager because she wanted 3/4 of shaved meat while I was cleaning the meat slicer (some of the parts were still in the dishwasher!). Our manager forced us to take the sopping wet parts out of the dishwasher and get her her order, but before I gave it to her, I firmly told her "We start the shutdown process at a certain time. When we can't give you shaved meat because we're cleaning the slicer, it's not to be mean to you, it's because it's our job." She looked mortified and apologized, and scurried away with her soggy meat.

    I'm with you on the whole 'asking your mother to make you 20 sandwiches at 9:30 PM'. If your mother can't make dinner right now because she's washing dishes, are you really going to scold her for it?
