The idea that you shouldn't be bad to fast food workers cause they handle your food and can tant it when ever is wrong, a transaction is a contract they owe you money you owe them a sandwich the way they want it, if you mess it up or tant it breaks your end of thr contract and therefore you need to fix it that's how life works, but if the contact is fulfilled and something bad happens cause of them then they cant do squat
I worked at a Taco Bell while in college. Usually I had an hour between the end of my last class and the start of my shift. One semester during midterms I was absolutely drained but still did my best at work. Well apparently that wasn’t good enough because one of my customers left an online review to complain that I looked tired, had no makeup, and should not come to work if I’m tired. My manager had to speak to me about it and i almost quit on the spot.
I also get this comments because as a student I work part-time in a fast food chain near my hometown and every single freaking day, we have at least 10 customers who complains about something. (The town where I live only has around 20.000 people😅, and still there is always there to find something wrong) Last week a customer came back (from home) because his ice cream was 0,5 centimetres below the “line”. And he wanted a full public apology and refund. 😂

One time, I placed an order on the web at Wendy’s. Among other items, I ordered a cheeseburger with mustard and onions only. When it was delivered, I checked out my sandwich and found a bun with mustard and onions ONLY! NO MEAT!
