For the leather jacket just use fashion tape from inside to seal the slit
obsessed with this haul!! I have such a similar hat to the camo one that my dad got in an army surplus store years ago which i found a couple weeks ago and literally haven't taken off!!
Maybe wait until summer to see if you still want to cut the t-shirt because as it gets colder the detail won’t really get seen under layers anyway so don’t take the risk just yet x
