Avenged Sevenfold – So Far Away [Official Music Video] | First Time Reaction

There is a short story behind this , I recorded ,,Afterlife and Critical Acclaim ” without knowing that Jimmy The Rev died , so when I recorded So Far Away this happened.
This reaction is so raw thanks to my Editor and Friend Sin that kept me away from comments and googling the band I fell in love with.
There is one thing more powerful than Love and that is Loss, take a moment from your day to day schedule and appreciate the people you love, everything comes to an end.
R.I.P Rev

And I highly suggest you to go listen to the original song here:

  1. Almost three years ago, a good friend of mine was murdered. Coincidentally, we also called him Jimy. It was a very hard blow, and this story always reminds me of it. Your words and reactions have brought back so many precious memories of him, and I'm so grateful.

  2. Thank you for being you. There's no way someone can hear this track and not have these feelings. Especially when you understand the context of it. We've all shed a tear, it's a powerful song. I'm a recovering opioid addict (going on 13 years clean) but was on them when James passed. I remember hearing this track for the first time and it really hit me hard. I think it was the first step I took on the path to get my life back. Rest in peace, Rev. 🙏🏼
