I hate Indian food habits, all ways biriani , no Heathy food, and I could see, Indian people cooking with lots of oil frying . That’s is make sick after long time.
For frying 1/4 teaspoons of oil or butter is enough.
Indian cooking channel,shows pouring lots of oil for frying onions, garlic and ginger.
And th😢Pouring a ghee on top of the rice too.
