Serves 6-8
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Anday ki zardi (Egg yolks) 3
-Sugar ¼ Cup or to taste
-Custard powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Olper’s Cream ½ Cup
-Condensed milk ½ Cup
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Doodh (Milk) 2 & ½ Cups
-Olper’s Cream chilled 2 Cups
-Icing sugar 2 tbs
-Vanilla essence ½ tsp
-Pound cake
-Banana slices
-Cake crumbs
-Banana slices
-Honey
Directions:
-In a saucepan,add egg yolks,sugar,custard powder,cream,condensed milk,vanilla essence,milk & whisk well.
-Turn on the flame,mix continuously & cook on medium flame until it thickens.
-Let it cool while whisking.
-Place bowl on ice bath,add cream & beat on medium speed for 2-3 minutes.
-Add icing sugar,vanilla essence & beat on high speed until stiff peaks form.
-Add prepared pudding mixture into whipped cream & fold gently.
-Pour half quantity in a serving dish & spread evenly,add cake pieces,banana slices,add prepared mixture,cake pieces,banana slices & remaining mixture on top.
-Refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
-Garnish with cake crumbs,banana slices,drizzle honey & serve!
-Traditionally Nilla wafers are used.Substitute can be pound cake, shortbread cookies or butter cookies.

-Saucepan mein anday ki zardi,cheeni, custard powder, cream, condensed milk, vanilla essence, doodh aur acha whisk kar lein.
-Flame on karein, continuously mix karte hue medium flame par cook karein jab tak mixture thick na ho jaye.
-Ab thoda thanda kar lein aur whisk karte rahein.
-Bowl ko ice bath par rakhein, cream add karein aur beater se medium speed par 2-3 minutes beat karein.
-Ab icing sugar, vanilla essence add karein aur high speed par beat karein jab tak stiff peaks na ban jayein.
-Tayyar pudding mixture ko whipped cream mein gently fold karein.
-Serving dish mein half pudding mixture daalein aur evenly spread karein.
-Phir cake ke pieces, banana slices rakhein, phir tayyar mixture, cake pieces, banana slices aur remaining mixture add karein.
-Dish ko refrigerate karein 4-6 ghante ya phir overnight.
-Garnish karein cake crumbs,banana slices ,honey se aur serve karein!
