  1. Just finished this movie right now is 01:20AM at night (It's diwali time 21 october-2025)
I wanted to watch this movie for more than 7-8 years and it's not that i just procrastinated it but i had downloaded this masterpiece several times but somehow i couldn't watch because wheneer i started watching then itinital few minutes i had found this so boring and empty so i refrained myself from watching full movie. But somehow i watched this time due to 1st it's diwali vacation & 2nd i have develpped some good petience leve. and there was also in one thing in my mind constantly that Decarpio won OSCAR for this so i have to watch it because there must be something special in the movie.
So while watching the movie whole time i kept thinking inside for atleast initial 1 and 1:30 hours that "it's really boring" &" what is the sense of the plot, why the hell m i watching " this because earlier i had downloaded this several times but didn't watch it because found this "Boring and slow "but somehow after watching almost 2 hours my thinking got changed, sepcially in last 15-20 minutes of remaiming movie i got it why the hell decaprio got oscar for this role.
It really fantastic movie. The director really wanted the audience to feel what Hugh Glass felt — isolation, pain, exhaustion, and the raw fight to survive.
And not w i got it why Decaprio got the oscars it’s not because of long dialogues or flashy acting. He won because he conveyed everything without words — just eyes, breath, and pain.He survived freezing water, ate raw bison liver, crawled for miles, and lived through hell but the real acting was making us feel that suffering. It’s not a “movie” performance; it’s pure physical storytelling.
