After a bunch of research, I think it's better to go with growh-oriented ETFs like VFV/XEQT. Yes, it has withholding fees for the div portion but it's tiny and has way bigger growth than Dividend ETFs and you can withdraw yourself the amount you want later (like a manual Dividend) while seeing much larger growth than as if you had a Dividend ETF for 10-15 years.
This DRIP qualification only applies to QuestTrade since you can't buy fractional shares yet is that correct?

I live in Canada but I invest in Brazil over there the dividends goes around 10% and companies grow also I invest 2k and i expect get 3 k monthly or even more for sure in 5 years need a retire I’m not see this opportunity too fast here or us

The thing to me is, if you invest and have other income outside of dividends then you will be able to live off dividends without selling. Which means you can pass that on to your kids which will give them a leg up in life. $52k dividends received in 2024
