If you’ve ever wondered which Korean skincare products actually perform, not just what’s trending online, this video breaks it all down using verified data from Korea’s biggest beauty review platform, Hwahae.
Hwahae’s rankings are based on millions of real user reviews, making it one of the most trusted sources for what’s genuinely popular and effective in Korea right now.
In this video, I look at the top Korean skincare products by age group, from your 20s through to your 40s and beyond!
In your 20s, the focus is on hydration and prevention, with lightweight, barrier-supportive products like:
* Torriden Dive-In Low Molecular Hyaluronic Acid Serum
* Wellage Real Hyaluronic Blue Ampoule 100
* Beplain Mung Bean pH-Balanced Cleansing Foam
In your 30s, the focus shifts to repair and protection, with richer, barrier-reinforcing formulas such as:
* Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream
* S.Nature Aqua Squalane Moisturizing Cream
In your 40s and beyond, the goal is regeneration and deep nourishment, with clinically backed, restorative actives like:
* Anua PDRN Hyaluronic Acid Capsule 100 Serum
* Isoi Moisture Dr. Cream
* Aestura Atobarrier 365 Cream
Across every decade, the Korean skincare philosophy remains consistent: support your barrier, hydrate deeply, and maintain balance.

James can you do a review video for rejuran .i recently went to Korea and it was all the hype over there
As someone in their 30s this video is so great for looking into which products to try next. Currently I've been using retinol (been using it since my teens due to acne), the im from rice cream moisturiser and a gentle cleanser. Been obsessed with asian skincare products for years so always excited when you mention new products
🤍🤍🤍
anua and jeffree star is a partnership i never saw coming😭
You look like Ted from how i met your mother. ..Love your Content
Can you create an affordable range ?
Hahaha I have a collagen disorder. 45, no real deep wrinkles to speak of.
No crows feet.
My skincare routine is mostly hydrating and barrier cream.
Collagen issues create a just add water situation.
My skin looses hydration quickly, but absorbs it more readily.
Its also very silky and supple.
By the way, ouch, it causes lax ligaments and other major issues.
You forgot your 50 plus cohort!
Could you please review topical pdrn Rejuran Is it effective not for hydration but for significant repair and anti ageing?
Shoot, I had no idea that Jeffree Star collaborated with Anua … and I recently bought their 7 Ceramide Serum which my skin kinda loves. Thanks for making me aware of this, James! Does anyone by any chance have something similar to that serum to recommend by a brand with good morals??
