INGREDIENTS:
4 medium potatoes
2 eggs
frying oil
SPICES:
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 cup / 65g all-purpose flour
DIP SAUCE (OPTIONAL)
1 small shallot
1 tbsp capers
chives (optional)
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp Sriracha
Black pepper

I get that videos need to look pretty n perfect and this one does look good. However, I think wearing a pink dress to deep fry potatoes is silly. I suppose if hot oil gets on the dress you could make a stain remover video 🙂 followed up by a how to sew an apron video 😉
