At first it sounds like nursery rhymes but if you play it over and over again you'll get a hang of it. It would sounds like an OST of old Filipino adventure movie Magic Temple, that movie produced beautiful OST. I missed how Abscbn used to make those kid movies that teach kind of moral values (they were literally Disney of PH) until they were consumed by capitalism. Kudos who translated this in English. They used uncommon Tagalog terms which are not usually heard in modern OPM song and they nailed it. Majholet voices are like you have been hit to a different universe.

The close translation for me is:

It's like the phrase is saying to be free or move and change as a butterfly.
