Bollywood FINALLY EXPOSES Congress’s DARK History | Shah Bano Case

Seeking justice, she approached the court, where several Muslim organizations intervened. The Supreme Court ruled in her favor, ordering her husband to provide maintenance. However, the Congress government reversed the judgment under pressure from conservative groups, prioritizing appeasement politics. Around the same time, it also reopened the Babri Masjid gates to please Hindu voters. This case marked the first major clash between India’s secular law and Sharia law.
