That initial "example" you gave DOES better prove/show FORCED & COOERCION … (for the specific charges in a crime that he has been charged). Easily.
But, it is NOT the only example of "FORCED*" sex acts (aka r*pe) … (in Florida; the Miami Mansion crimes). The phone IS important. If that's her phone … it's KIDNAPPING. For HER – basic survival. For HIM – reputation and HIS future business endeavors … it would be BOTH … Federal & State. Free plane? I’m a single mom that’s permanently disabled and I’m living on $1100 per month!!!! I live on over 200% below the poverty line. And yes they just cut food-stamps. And that 2% cost of living is a joke…they reduce my food stamps and raise my rent !!! That makes you about $50 in the hole!!! They give to the seniors over and over and they have high pensions. But someone like me who was a very hard worker until my work accident can’t get any help!!! I don’t want to live on the system but I don’t have a choice. I have nothing to live for besides my children!! I always wanted better for them!! I have to live with the fact that nothing will ever get better for me!! I’ll never be able to take my kids on a vacation,I’ll never own my own home!! I’m told what kind of curtains I’m aloud to have, where to smoke, house inspections twice a year which makes you feel like you are a child asking mama if you cleaned your bedroom good enough, and now they want to tell us what we can buy with our food stamps. No pop,no juice, no carbonation, no bakery items, no sweets, no sugar, etc. if it’s all about making American healthy again then the rich people shouldn’t be aloud to buy those items either!!!! We have one special night a week where it’s family night. The kids will get a very nice meal after eating a few cheap meals to get the extra. They pick a dessert and we have a pop for dinner. That’s all they have to look forward to. We are suppose to live in a free country. However, Everytime I turn around they are making more rules for poor people!!! I’m not lazy and my work history speaks for itself. I didn’t ask to be permanently disabled in a work accident!!! I wish it was like before where if I needed more money I just got another job!!! Unfortunately it’s not!! My kids were very little when their dad left and he hasn’t ever given me one penny for support but he could claim them on his taxes and keep the money! It’s been 16 hrs since be left and I can count on one hand how many times he has seen my kids. He lives 6 miles from here in a house I paid for with a brand new $10,000 outdoor wood stove I paid for. Not to mention cars, boats, or motorcycles , furniture , my kids toys, new shoes, clothes, etc. I got what was most important to me and that is my children. He don’t give gifts for birthdays or holidays. I got a car that wasn’t inspected and my kids!! He didn’t even have a job!! He ran off with a family friend !!!He was never home. He cheated constantly. He was abusive!! That’s how things went and he took all the money from my work settlement and ran. When he came back from out of state he took everything else and threatened me. I just took my kids and ran. He even burnt all the pictures of my kids!! I said all of that to say this, we deserve enough money to live on and support our children and we deserve to have our family night with a special,meal,dessert, and a pop!!!! If he can buy that plane, I deserve a raise. I challenge the president to live on my income for 6 months and I’ll live on his income!!! He wouldn’t make it for a week let alone for 6 months!!’
