These guys are making the typical statements about a strong woman. In the Forbes talk, she's saying, earlier in her career, she smiled and did as she was told but realized she really wanted more. Since then she has actively stated what she wants and has been doing more producing, etc. So many of us start our careers passive and then learn how to be more assertive. An assertive woman is sadly often labeled as a difficult woman. If a guy said that it would be totally acceptable, which is ridiculous.
