I'm seeing that no one is pointing out that he has different colored eyes and if you look at his eyes in his demon form they're different.
Both Alastar and Vox were serial killer entertainers in life, but while Vox murdered his way to the top of the network, Alastar was able to get his show off the ground and become "the toast of New orleans" on his own merit, and just murdered for fun……
