99 luft balloons – it's German – she's German – lol
Michael had vitiligo and you could see it a lot in old photos. For a long time he would match the white patches up to his original skin tone with makeup and then when the white patches got too big he just kept going to lighter and lighter make up. It’s different times now so people embrace it more but he was incredibly self-conscious about it. Plus make up for darker skin tones was not great back then
I really want to become part of your family!
Most of those songs are Uk singers.
Luftbaloons
is German not American
So many of these songs are English singers lol not American. It’s a mix of different countries but mostly American and English
kylie manoe was a judge o the voice uk
Nena is german and no they are'nt all american really not, many are british. You need to watch a video about british bands knowned in USA or even european bands. Milli vanilla was a fake german band. The producer was the real singer, the same than Boney M
I thought this would be American singers, but over 70% of the singers/bands were British. An enjoyable video.
15:14 Who would sing a song called "Sweet Dreams Are Made of Cheese," you ask? The answer is none other than "Weird Al" Yankovic, known for his parodies of other artists' songs! Although he didn't make a song specifically about cheese, he was known for making a lot of parodies with some kind of food as the subject. Examples: "Lasagna" ("La Bamba" by Ritchie Valens/Los Lobos), "Taco Grande" ("Rico Suave" by Gerardo), "I Love Rocky Road" ("I Love Rock 'n' Roll" by Joan Jett and the Blackhearts), "Addicted to Spuds" ("Addicted to Love" by Robert Palmer), "The Rye or the Kaiser: Theme from Rocky XIII" ("Eye of the Tiger" by Survivor), "My Bologna" ("My Sharona" by The Knack), "Spam" ("Stand" by R.E.M.), "The White Stuff" ("You Got It [The Right Stuff]" by New Kids On The Block), "Livin' In The Fridge" ("Livin' On The Edge" by Aerosmith), and "Grapefruit Diet" ("Zoot Suit Riot" by Cherry Poppin' Daddies). And those are just the food parodies! He's got a BUNCH more parodies, and they're HILARIOUS!!! He's been making parodies and other funny songs since 1983, and he's still popular today! You guys have GOT to check him out if you haven't already! 15:50 The lady on the poster behind Billy Joel as he sings Uptown Girl is his ex-wife, model Christie Brinkley! 17:33 Yep, Weird Al did Cyndi Lauper's song too, as "Girls Just Want to Have Lunch!" 18:35 Don't confuse Stevie Wonder with Ray Charles, another blind black singer known for hits such as "Hit the Road, Jack," "Georgia on My Mind," "I Can't Stop Loving You," "What'd I Say?", and "Busted." 18:56 Weird Al parodied "Like A Virgin" into "Like A Surgeon" after Madonna commented on when he was going to parody her song. Weird Al normally doesn't take suggestions for parodies, but he made an exception this one time. 21:48 "Dancing in the Street" was originally sung by Martha Reeves and the Vandellas in 1964. 26:00 Ritchie Valens, who originally sang "La Bamba," died in a plane crash on February 3, 1959, along with singers Buddy Holly and J.P. Richardson aka The "Big Bopper" and their pilot, Roger Peterson. He was only 17 years old. Don MacLean refers to that tragic event as "The Day the Music Died" in his song "American Pie." 26:35 Weird Al once again parodied two of Michael Jackson's songs: he turned "Beat It" into "Eat It," and "Bad" into "Fat." Jackson was a big fan of Weird Al, and the only one Al parodied more than once, although Jackson didn't want him to parody "Black and White" into "Snack All Night," because Jackson didn't want the meaning of the song to be compromised by a parody.
