Build a simple electric motor with just a battery, magnet, paper clips, and coil of wire in this fun science experiment! Written instructions are available on the Science Buddies website: https://www.sciencebuddies.org/science-fair-projects/project-ideas/Elec_p051/electricity-electronics/build-a-simple-electric-motor?ytid=WI0pGk0MMhg&ytsrc=description
Note: there is a small typo at 0:40 in the video. That should be 3 *cm* (centimeters) of wire, not m (meters)!
Science Buddies also hosts a library of instructions for over 1,000 other hands-on science projects, lesson plans, and fun activities for K-12 parents, students, and teachers! Visit us at https://www.sciencebuddies.org/?ytid=WI0pGk0MMhg&ytsrc=description to learn more.

Oops – there is a typo at 0:40 in the video. That should be 3 cm (centimeters) of wire, not m (meters). Sorry for any confusion!
What battery used triple A..?
Would this be able to power a small lightbulb or any other application for a short period of time?
Definitivamente funciona
The copper wire and the battery get hot. Why is that?
Será que funciona?
What is that oyer ? Name
Although everyone knows how it works and everyone knows how to create this, it never works, theoretical physics is so much more fun
what's the diameter of the wire? If I use 0,5 mm of diameter? Should I wrap 6 times istead of 10 times?
Cool
