Starting a company for the first time is way harder than I thought. In this weeks video i’m sharing what it’s actually like being a first-time founder.

Getting an idea, trying to validate it, building it, realizing it’s not right, changing it again… it’s a lot. everyone says “just build and iterate” but when you’re in it, it feels way messier.
