If the on-prem solution was just a NAS, could you access the files that way to index on them??
You may want to ask your ICPs if they are open to software vs saas? Great episode short and sweet.
I'd be careful with the offline version. Seems like may or may not be ICP, however could come after MVP launch, tbh. It adds a lot of infrastructure.
