  1. I'm confused how there could be 30 grams of protein in the pudding? you show an 8 oz glass but only 1 tbsp chia seeds and maybe 6 oz hemp milk. according to my bag of hemp hearts, there is 10g of protein in 3 tbsp hemp seeds, but surely this recipe isn't 9 tbsp of hemp seeds per serving?
