Hi! Can people with insulin resistance enjoy this in moderation? Thanks!
Thank you – looks delicious! Sadly, all of these ingredients, including the plastic container, have micro- and nanoplastics, and many of them (like the cocoa powder) contain heavy metals.
This seems like a great recipe that I’d love to try 😋 There’s just one thing I’m wondering about. I don’t think this is actually free from microplastics since it’s literally in the water we drink. At least where I live. It’s impossible to avoid which means your claim is misleading. 🙁
Or maybe you have had all ingredients tested including the water and it showed that it didn’t have any microplastics in it?
Is the calcium constipating?
Thanks for including the calcium. I think alot of people forget that shop bought milk substitutes have calcium and other nutrients added. Your food is always so packed full of nutrients and well balanced!
What do hemp hearts taste like? i want to buy some but im nervous they might have a strong or bitter taste.
I have an almond cow, it's sitting in the box, for years 😂 I never got around to opening it…..
Did u say "AlmondCow"? Otherwise, please provide the blender brand. Presume all is perfectly blended and smooth. Appreciate this. Thx!
Btw, what yogurt brand?
Oh my gosh! So good!
Thank you. One more reason to love my almond cow. I will try this recipe out.
