  1. Whoever is chirping about this Attai they will soon realise how easy is to giving their data to Indian govt. Zoho has deep links to govt. In the name of innovation they just made products out of stack developed by west or USA. Founder is a jingoistic nationalist.

  2. They wouldn't easily succeed. Whatsapp is a lifestyle in India, not just brand. They need to think like "What product features would make the people be curious enough to download and use while ditching Whatsapp which has become an integral part of their everyday life?" and not make a clone and directly compete with a trillion dollar company with massive users, money, data and information. The clone may work in China since their government ban the use of foreign social media apps but not India.
