$13 for a bowl of pasta is nuts expensive… its $1 worth of ingredients and 10 minutes of time to prep tops… even if they have only one person back there doing nothing but cooking 1 single batch of pasta every 10 minutes for minimum wage, the restaurant is basically making roughly $64/hour off of them assuming they have enough customers ordering 6 plates of pasta per hour
