I agree with most the comments. It is true that the quality of meat is obviously not as good as a upscale steak house where you pay 85 dollars or more on average for a steak. But I think the more important thing is the lack of consistency. If you get a good cook making your steak at Outback, even if the steak isn't prime quality, it can still come out great. But when you get bad cook with bad quality meat, you are doomed.
