The Red Robin in my town has gone completely south. The last two times I went there I never ate. The last time: after being seated in an otherwise-empty dining hall by a pretentious hostess that clearly considered us a nuisance for interrupting her screen time. we waited for 10 minutes for a server that never appeared. I don't know where they were, but I suspect they were hanging out with the hostess, because she disappeared as well.
The same store five years ago had you waiting for a table because the restaurant was packed. Now they have you waiting for service because the restaurant is a desert.
They're not worth the money, and definitely not worth the time. If you want a solid burger find a Shake Shack.

bought a set with burger n fries
the fries were sad
BUT the burger was the worst thing ever
Meat no spices at all it tasted cooked without spice
n the burger fell all apart while trying to eat it
which made a mess
perhaps it was the location who knows i never went to mcdonalds ever again after that
