  1. Brown cheese or godt cheese, is very good to let melt in sause or pasta sus , vegetabe in pan , add 6 sheet of goatcheese , and a fuller better flavour.
    There's different types of Brown Cheese. G35 is less goat taste and an other with only milk . The really goaty, most elders eat . Good on fresh bread with butter , waffles . I am a bit Unusual in taste and love on bread to add spring onion on top .
