as a norwegian i can confirm you that you don’t usually eat brown cheese alone, you eat it with bread or something 💀

As a norwegian I have never heard of Elk sticks. We do have a lot of different spekepølser, is that the same?🤔
The brown cheese (G35), deserves a good, slice of freshly baked, bread with good butter, and a tall glass of norwegian milk on the side.

That brown cheese is not made from goats milk. That is a completly different cheese.
