    I had to pause like, ma’am… is this a prank? It's New Year’s Eve— the one day you’d think they’d be stocked and ready for the crowds. People out here trying to start 2025 right, and you telling me Chili’s ran out of the one appetizer that puts them above Applebee’s? I thought she was joking.

    So yeah… I asked for the manager. I’ve been to dozens of Chili’s across the country, and not ONCE have I ever stepped into a location that didn’t have egg rolls on deck. This was a first. The manager came out, all apologetic, saying ‘we had a rush, everyone’s been ordering them,’ and I’m sitting there thinking, yeah, because they’re the only thing keeping your appetizers from turning into microwaved Applebee’s food!

    I ended up ordering something else, but honestly? The mood was already ruined. No egg rolls, no excitement, just disappointment wrapped in tortilla-less sadness. Chili’s, do better. Don’t start 2025 with broken promises and empty plates." 😤🥴
