My grampa has been going to one Chinese restaurent for 15+ years. Even when it changes location, he still goes. He goes every friday, or around then.

I miss the place in my home town. It was a family. The mom and daughter ran the front, and the father, and either a son, or the daughter's husband ran the back. The mom was split between telling back of house something, and taking my order, and when I left my normal tip she accidentally thanked me in chinese, apologized, and almost screamed when I knew how to say "thank you" in chinese. Also pretended to be offended when my dad stopped being the desgnated person that picked up the order, until I told her he had surgery, and couldn't drive anymore… To which she promptly gave us an extra bag of almond cookies.
