People HEAVILY overestimate AI. The current LLM's we have are having are nowhere close to the programmers we can learn to become. Alot of people I see tend to make websites or app with very little complexity like those single page webstites and begin chanting about how programmers have become obsolete. Try providing a complex project to a AI llm, they wont be able to even scratch it. Furthermore half the code AI makes often is just hallucination, since by the Reward Based learning mechanism popularly used rewards wrong attempts over none.
Finally someone who see's for what it really is, no emotion just logic and reasoning aiming for truth.
AI is not only going to replace our job but every person's job, its matter of fact, its a matter of economy, its cheaper, its more efficient, and its a matter of time, not a long time to that to happen, and if don't see it, I'm sorry but you're in denial, cuz its right in front of you. You're comparing flying cars with AI, maybe we wont ever need flying cars, when we already have AI driven cars.
