*Recipe*
1. For stuffing. In a pan take some chopped green chili, 1 tbsp jeera and 1 chopped onion. Roast it well then add 1 tbsp of kashmiri red mirch, half tbsp of haldi powder, half tbsp of coriander powder, half tbsp of salt and half tbsp of garam masala.
2. Add 2 boiled mashed potato with some kasuri methi.
3. For dough. In a bowl take one bowl of maida along with half tbsp of salt, 2 tbsp of oil and water. Make a soft dough.
4. Take a small portion and make a roti and fold , apply oil and dust with maida as shown.
5. Add the stuffing and roll like shown.
6. Fry in low heat oil until it become crispy.
